FAQs

  • Do I have to use specific caterers or vendors?

    • No. The Stables does not include catering and does not require you to use certain caterers. We have a list we can provide of caterers and vendors who we enjoy working with, but you are not limited to the names on this list.

  • Is there a suite for the bride to get dressed?

    • Yes. The Stables has a private suite that includes a private bathroom and small kitchen for the bridal party, family, etc. This apartment is for use the day of the event. We do not allow guests to stay overnight on the property.

  • Do you have parking to accommodate a large event?

    • Yes. The Stables sits on 27 acres and has numerous areas for parking. A parking attendant will make sure parking runs smoothly at the beginning of the event.

  • Can I hang anything from the ceiling of the arena?

    • The Stables has string lighting already hung from the ceilings. Any additions to this will come with a setup fee.

  • Is there a time limit on the bar?

    • No. The bar can open as soon as the event starts and close as soon as the event is over. The events usually start at 4 hours and any additional time has an added fee.

  • What celebration items are allowed?

    • The following items are allowed outside: bubbles, lavender, flowers petals (or other organic materials). If used inside the Event Center, please properly clean up the areas.

    • The following celebration items are NOT permitted at The Stables: bird seed, rice, confetti, party string, Chinese sky lanterns, lit candles or fireworks unless given specific permission from the owners.

  • Are restrooms provided?

    • YES- restrooms are provided! We recently built bathrooms onto our facility.

  • Are there designated smoking areas?

    • Yes. At The Stables, smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated area. Guests must use the provided ashtrays in this area.
